At Upstairs Atlanta, pricing is structured around the season, day of the week, beverage service selection, and guest count. Our pricing is designed to include most of what events need, keeping additional add-ons to a minimum.

Upstairs Atlanta was intentionally designed to eliminate the hidden costs that often come with event venues. Modern farm tables, metal tolix-style chairs, bars, stage elements, hightops with linens, sound, floor-plan setup, breakdown, and cleaning are already built into your experience. Rather than starting with a base price and layering on rentals, we provide a thoughtfully equipped foundation so you can focus your budget on what matters most — your guest experience.
Ceremony + reception celebrations
Ceremony events include an additional 1.5 hours of venue access (30 minutes reserved for guest arrival and 1 hour for the ceremony), making wedding + ceremony celebrations 5.5-hour events total.
These ranges reflect the typical all-in, pre-tax total for the majority of events hosted at Upstairs Atlanta.
Where your event falls within a range depends on guest count, ceremony and beverage selections, and the month of your event. Larger guest counts and peak-season months fall toward the higher end of each range, while smaller celebrations and off-peak months fall closer to the lower end.
Note: our staff will flip the tables and chairs from ceremony to reception setup.
Space rental without ceremony or beverage service
This option is ideal for workshops, educational seminars, panel discussions, fundraisers, corporate training sessions, team-building experiences, brand launch parties, product activations, pop-ups, community initiatives, wellness events, creative installations, and other custom-use events that require a flexible, open-format space without full beverage service.
Note: Wedding pricing ranges above already reflect these ceremony and beverage fees when applicable.
Upstairs Atlanta is a BYOB venue, allowing clients to control their alcohol selections and overall bar budget. Beverage service includes bartenders, mixers, garnishes, non-alcoholic beverages, ice, cups, napkins, and full bar setup. Clients provide their own beer, wine, and liquor. Glassware rental may be added for $2 per guest.

Once both are received, your date is locked in and exclusively yours.
A detailed proposal outlining your event selections and payment schedule will be provided prior to booking.
